Meditation
Meditation comes from the Latin word 'Mederi' which means 'to heal'. It is a process through which one can be healed emotionally, physically and mentally. It is a method of self-realisation. A systematic practice of mastering one’s own mind. Our mind processes thoughts at the speed of the light. To control these thoughts and bring stability, one needs to adopt meditation techniques. After having mastered the asanas and pranayama, it becomes easier to go into the state of meditation.
At Samarth we make a conscious effort to introduce simple meditation techniques which helps one focus better and also reduce stress levels.
