Basic Class
Mon - Thu
5:30am - 6:30 am
7:30pm - 8:30 pm
This module is designed for beginners and is beneficial for those who are unfamiliar with Yoga. The basic Asanas or postures taught in this course will help one loosen up the joints, give flexibility to muscles and improve postures and body alignment. In addition, it has positive effect on health. This module acts as a foundation course for those who want to learn challenging Asanas. It prepares the body to perform advance postures.
Basic Class for Women
Mon - Thu
10:30 am - 11:30 am
These weekday classes are conducted exclusively for women which help women practice yoga in their comfort zone and as per their personal needs. The classes are conducted late in the morning to aid women who are home makers and also to those women who prefer a late day class.


Advance Class
Sat & Sun
6:30 am - 8:00 am
This module is exclusively designed for those who are familiar and adept with basic yoga postures and are in pursuit of perfecting, improving or learning challenging and advance postures. The module helps one deepen the knowledge of yoga. This is beneficial to all yoga practitioners and teachers, who want to improve and upsurge their skills.
